"No more cuts" text messages to stop budget cuts

There is a campaign going on that is sure to have the tech savvy student's participation. A text messaging campaign against the budget cuts to education will start at 12 p.m. March 12 and go on until March 22. All one has to do to participate is text the three magic words "NO MORE CUTS" to the number 69302 and done.

The organizers are hoping to get 1 million messages to present to the Legislative Representatives during the March in March event once they get to Sacramento.

The March started on March 5, the day after the protest in Los Angeles and will end in Sacramento March 22. To find out more go to www.nomorecuts.com.
