Glaringly Obvious Typos in the Viking?!

Viking, Long Beach City College, CA

I got a copy of the Viking newspaper today. I got around to reading it when I got home. The first article I read was about the new LBCC logo but right away I noticed a lot of errors in the writing.

I'm not an English major or anything, but when I notice this many simple mistakes in the school newspaper it makes me question what kind of message we are sending out to the students of Long Beach City College.

Their songs might not be heard on Los Angeles-area radio stations, but nevertheless A Day to Remember is the next post-hardcore band to watch out for, especially with this year's re-release of their 2007 CD For Those Who Have Heart. This album is a mix of pop-punk/hardcore rhythms and heavy breakdowns with catchy lyrics that have fans singing along at shows.

Each of our physical responses is similar, yet our thoughts and emotions are unique.
